Not in Calgary? No problem. It doesn’t matter where YOU are located. You can be traveling for work or on holidays but you don’t have to give up your fitness and/or nutrition support and routine. If you are unable to train with me in person, you can train with me LIVE in Real Time, via Skype from anywhere in the world! I can provide Nutrition Consulting using Skype where we can talk face-to-face on improving and maintaining your goals. All you need is a webcam and we’re ready to workout live via Skype from my studio to your home.

You can maintain your fitness regime while traveling for work or vacation. Using Skype’s free real-time video and voice connection, a Skype Training session is just like a 1:1 personal training session. Sonja demonstrates the exercise, then talks you through it and suggests adjustments as she watches you. It’s just like Sonja is in the room with you!
As your Nutrition Coach we can work together using Skype for Nutrition Consulting where in face-to-face Skype appointments we’ll discuss, adjust and work on your nutrition goals and I can send you additional resources through web links and email.
