Don’t Fall Off The New Year’s Resolution Wagon!

Individuals put so much pressure on themselves to become healthier in the new year, that most attempts either last for only a few weeks or are given up on completely.  I cannot reinforce my message enough…make small, realistic goals for yourself!  Becoming a healthier individual and living a healthier lifestyle does not happen overnight.  The secret to success is to integrate and adapt slowly,  to the healthier habits you are looking to follow and maintain.  A SMART goal to follow this week could be, “I will eat a salad with lunch every day this week”.  Remember…slow and steady wins the race!
