I know most of you have made new year’s resolutions for our upcoming 2010. Remember to set yourself up for success by setting SMART goals. Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Timely. For example, “I want to lose 20 pounds”, is NOT a SMART goal. Instead try, “I will start walking outside on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00pm-4:30pm each week for 2 months.” One more tip for you folks..remember to make it FUN!
