Miss Fit Consulting offers clients a number of services that can be customized to individual needs. Our services include:

Health & Lifestyle Appraisal – $110
The fitness appraisal will give you a better understanding of your current health, fitness and lifestyle.  Testing includes body composition, cardio respiratory fitness, muscular strength, endurance, power and flexibility.

One On One Personal Training
A 60 minute training session in-home or at another agreed upon location.
1 Session $80
5 Sessions $390
10 Sessions $760
20 Sessions $1460

Buddy Training
Add $30 to the cost of each session and split the cost between the both of you. A great incentive to work hard!

Group Training
Add $30 to each session for each extra training participant.

Outdoor Bootcamp – From May to October
1 month – 2x week – $200
1 month – 3x week – $270

Program Design – $90
Progression of your fitness program should occur every eight weeks to challenge your body while increasing fitness levels at a steady pace.

By Phone Training – $50 / Hr
