This is a very quick and healthy recipe I came up with and is great for breakfast or lunch. It’s a great meal to take to the office, just keep the dry ingredients in a separate container until ready to eat.
Breakfast Parfait (400 calories)
1/2 cup cottage cheese
3/4 cup plain yogurt, 1%
1/4 cup berries
1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
8 almonds
1/2 cup fibre 1 cereal
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy!
