Alright folks, we all have 15 minutes to spare this morning, right?
I promise you’ll feel great all day if you take a few minutes for yourself and move your body!
Warm up-5 minutes – walk up and down your stairs, or do jumping jacks, or jog in place.
Then repeat these exercises 4 times:
#1 – Standing Lunges
#2 – Pushups
#3 – Front Plank
#4 – Abdominal Crunches
Stretch for a few minutes when workout is complete, feel better?
